What We Do

Grants from AFNGL to the National Gallery have totaled nearly $200 million and have supported the acquisition of such masterpieces as Bernardo Daddi's The Coronation of the Virgin, Raphael's Madonna of the Pinks, and Titian's Diana and Actaeon. In addition, AFNGL has supported such projects as the National Gallery's building redesign and reconstruction, scholarly publications and website development.
